At our Community space we bring together an experienced group of independent practitioners to help nourish and support your new family, naturally.

Alongside care from your LMC or obstetrician you can access the best in holistic ante and post-natal care in a calming, nurturing environment. Book directly with our practitioners via the links in the timetable below, and find out more about our community of practitioners can help here.

Join us within our Nature Baby Community Space for a sound bath hosted by leading holistic ambassador, Sarah Tanner. This is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience that allows the body and mind to pause with the nurturing frequencies of sound. You should leave feeling rested, restored and relaxed. You need nothing but yourself, however wearing comfortable clothing will help you relax in to the class. Feel free to bring a cushion, yoga mat, eye mask or blanket if you wish. To ensure the relaxation of both yourself and others attending, we ask that there be no children or babies.

This event will be held on Sunday 19th of November, at 9.30am. The sound bath will be 30 minutes, however, allow yourself time after if you wish to stay for tea and gently return to the day.

This event is $25 & numbers are very limited! Only 8 attendees.

Date: Tuesday the 21st of November 2023

Place: Newmarket

Come together and celebrate this festive time of year in our Newmarket Community Space with a fun clay workshop to hand paint your own ceramic mug. All mugs will then be taken and fired at Clay Friends kiln in Matakana before being delivered back to store ready for pick up before Christmas Day! Everything you could need will be supplied (raw clay mugs, tools, glazes, guidance and inspiration), just bring yourselves, your little one and wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit mucky. Tuesday 21st of November, held across two sessions, 10 am and 1 pm.

This is a free event, however we recommend booking to secure a spot.

This monthly event is held within our Nature Baby community kitchen by renowned midwife and lactation consultant, Libby Cain. Libby will be to talking to you about any of the fun, challenging, joyful or confusing stages of pregnancy and parenting that you want support with. It is a time to connect with a circle of other parents, and a celebrated practitioner, to help guide you in your journey

This is a free event, however we recommend booking to secure a spot. 15 guests max.
