      Holiday order cut-off time frames:

      • New Zealand order cut-off: 19th December 2025, normal hours resume 6th January 2026 
      • Australia order cut-off: 17th December 2025, normal hours resume 6th January 2026

      Our free shipping and standard flat rates exclude all oversized/heavy items. Oversized and heavy items include, but are not limited to; Cots, Bassinets, Bouncinettes, Changing Tables, Moses Baskets, Highchairs, Mattresses, Wooden Trolley, Easel, and Wishbone Bikes.

      Oversized items will incur additional freight charges and this will be automatically added to your cart at the time of checkout.
