Pricing Errors
While we take every care to ensure prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors can occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical issue, or other genuine mistake, Nature Baby reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product. If payment has already been processed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase goods from Nature Baby. An order is only accepted once we have confirmed dispatch of the goods. Until that time, we may decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where there has been a genuine pricing error, stock availability issue, or suspected fraudulent activity.
