raw cacao & berry smoothie

This decadent and delicious raw cacao & berry smoothie is made entirely out of nutrient rich ingredients, making it a fantastic morning or afternoon tea pick me up for busy mothers. The secret ingredient avocado, adds a wonderful creaminess, and is a fantastic source of healthy fats.

Ingredients:

½ cup frozen berries

½ avocado

2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder

1 tbsp honey, maple or brown rice syrup

1 cup nut milk, or milk of choice

Simply place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Serve with a dust of cacao on top if desired.

Serves 1.

Suitable for pregnant & breastfeeding mothers, and children from 1+ years
