Australia Delivery

All Australian orders are dispatched from our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse and delivered by FedEx.

We offer free shipping on standard-size orders over $150 AUD within Australia.*

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow it's journey to you.

Delivery to rural or remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery timeframes are subject to product availability, and if there is an unexpected delay with your order our team will be in touch. 

*Gift wrapping and oversized or heavy items are excluded from our free shipping threshold. 

Please note: Payments made in AUD are processed in New Zealand. Because of this, your card issuer may classify your payment as an international transaction and charge an additional fee. 

Oversized & Heavy Items

Some of our larger pieces require a little extra care when making their way to you and are shipped separately from our standard order.

Oversized and heavy items include, but are not limited to, cots, bassinets, Bouncinettes, changing tables, Moses baskets, highchairs, mattresses, wooden trolleys, easels and Wishbone bikes. 

Shipping for these items is calculated separately at checkout and is not included in our standard flat-rate or free shipping offers.

Duties & Taxes

Australian orders are inclusive of applicable duties and taxes. Where duties or taxes apply, these are covered by us, so you won't be asked to pay additional charges at the time of delivery.
