Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier.

Please note: Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed. We use a signature required service therefore we recommend supplying a physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item. We can not ship to a PO Box address outside of New Zealand.

 

Depending on the destination, oversized and heavy items may be shipped from either our New Zealand or Australia warehouse.

Our free shipping and standard flat rates exclude all oversized/heavy items. Oversized and heavy items include, but are not limited to; Cots, Bassinets, Bouncinettes, Changing Tables, Moses Baskets, Highchairs, Mattresses, Wooden Trolley, Easel, and Wishbone Bikes.

Oversized items will incur additional freight charges and this will be automatically added to your cart at the time of checkout. 

 

Orders are inclusive of duties and taxes. Charges are assessed based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if applicable, for goods imported into the destination country. Duties and taxes will be covered by us, ensuring that recipients are not responsible for these fees at the time of delivery.
