warehouse distribution & replenishment coordinator

Nature Baby is growing, and we’re opening a new onsite Distribution Centre in Balmain to support our Sydney stores. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable team member to help keep stock moving smoothly between our warehouse and retail locations.

This is a physical, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working efficiently, and taking pride in accuracy. You’ll be picking and packing stock, delivering replenishments to stores, managing inwards deliveries and occasionally supporting our retail team on the shop floor.

About the role:

• Picking, packing and replenishing stock for our Sydney stores
• Accurate stock counting and inventory checks
• Delivering stock (clean driver’s license essential)
• Maintaining an organised, safe warehouse space
• Occasional in-store customer support during busy periods

You’ll bring:

• A strong eye for detail and fast, accurate counting skills
• Confidence working in a physically active role with regular lifting
• Basic Excel and Word skills
• A positive, flexible attitude and strong work ethic
• Warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential

As our Distribution Centre Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, picking and packing store replenishment orders, fulfilling click & collect requests, and unloading seasonal deliveries as they arrive. It’s a physical, fast-moving role that suits someone who is strong, fit, and confident handling stock — ready to lift, move, and transfer product between locations with care and efficiency.

Accuracy is essential. Our customers and stores rely on us getting the details right, so a sharp eye, quick counting, and a problem-solving mindset are key. You’ll be trusted to work independently, keep things organised, and help refine how our small but growing distribution centre operates.
