Spend the morning within our Newmarket Community Kitchen with Gina, a clinical nutritionist, nurse and mum of four, and the founder of organic children's food brand Odi. She will explore the nutrients that matter most in the first two years of life, from iron and DHA that fuel brain development, to the wholefoods that support gut health and immunity. Covering what your little ones truly need to thrive in those early years, why these nutrients matter more than we often realise, and how to weave them into everyday family life. It is a time to connect with a circle of other parents, ask questions and work with a supportive practitioner to help guide you through these foundational years.
