We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a New Zealand Wholesale Coordinator to join our team. You will work alongside the Wholesale Manager, to lead and grow new and existing Nature Baby key accounts within New Zealand.
We are looking for someone with a proven wholesale/sales background to join our Auckland based wholesale team. If you are motivated and have a passion for customer care and sales, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
• ensure seamless sales experience for our B2B customers
• work alongside wholesale manager to lead and grow new and existing NZ accounts
• carry out B2B marketing activities, analysis and recommendations
• support on strategy to grow Nature Baby NZ sales and wholesale market share
What you'll bring:
• previous experience in a similar role
• excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• an empathic approach to understanding customer needs & commitment to exceeding them
• experience in Microsoft Excel & Word, and ideally Ontempo
• desire to drive sales growth
• excellent organisational and time management skills
• genuine team player
• passionate about the Nature Baby brand & sustainability
